The conductive silver paste parameters across all rows are consistent, resulting in a sheet resistance of 28.01 mΩ/□, a film thickness of 4.33 μm, and an average sawtooth edge depth of approximately 23.53 μm. Additionally, the product exhibits no significant color variations in appearance, achieving seamless lamination.
This film can withstand over one million cycles of use without deformation. On the other hand, the switch contacts feature direct contact with minimal wear. However, the screen-printed contacts are designed to achieve sufficient thickness, and a layer of conductive carbon is printed onto the silver paste contacts, enhancing both high wear resistance and self-lubrication. As a result, the service life of the membrane switch is more than ten times longer than that of mechanical contact switches.
Small in size, lightweight, and structurally reliable. Thin-film switch In terms of design, it can be arranged and combined into a membrane keyboard with high installation density, featuring a sealed structure composed of multiple thin films. The connecting wires and lead-out lines between all switches are completed in a single step using screen printing, resulting in a total thickness ranging from 1 to 3 millimeters. This approach minimizes volume, reduces weight, and significantly enhances reliability.
The sealing performance is excellent. As the membrane switch features an integral sealed structure, its contacts are protected from harmful gas erosion and are resistant to oxidation. Additionally, it offers waterproof and dustproof capabilities, making it ideal for a wide range of harsh environments.
