7. Circuit Resistance: Three settings available—50Ω, 150Ω, and 350Ω—or can be customized according to user requirements.
The membrane switch is an integrated operating system that combines keypad functionality, indicator elements, and instrument panel features into a single unit. It consists of four key components: the panel, the upper circuit, the isolation layer, and the lower circuit. When the membrane switch is pressed, the contact points in the upper circuit deform downward, making physical contact with the electrode plates in the lower circuit to establish conductivity. Once the finger is lifted, the upper circuit contacts snap back to their original position, breaking the circuit and triggering a signal. Membrane switches boast a robust design, sleek aesthetics, and excellent sealing properties, offering advantages such as moisture resistance and an exceptionally long service life. They are widely used across various industries, including electronic communications, precision measurement instruments, industrial control systems, medical equipment, the automotive sector, smart toys, and household appliances.
