7. Circuit Resistance: Three settings available—50Ω, 150Ω, and 350Ω—or can be customized according to user requirements.
The membrane switch is an integrated operating system that combines keypad functions, indicator elements, and instrument panels into a single unit. It consists of four key components: the panel, the upper circuit, the isolation layer, and the lower circuit. When the membrane switch is pressed, the contact point in the upper circuit deforms downward, making contact with the electrode plate in the lower circuit to establish conductivity. Once the finger is lifted, the upper circuit contact snaps back into place, breaking the connection and triggering a signal. Membrane switches feature a robust design, elegant appearance, and excellent sealing properties, offering advantages such as moisture resistance and an exceptionally long service life. They are widely used in fields like electronic communications, precision measurement instruments, industrial control systems, medical equipment, the automotive industry, smart toys, and household appliances.
